What You Will Do
Develop product concepts and design automotive amplifier product. Create 3D models, assembly drawings and component drawings of product design.
Conduct FEA and thermal simulation, stack-up analysis, build prototype, conduct design verification and do DFMEA and lessons learn process. Develops plans to validate the robustness of product designs.
Develop solutions under consideration of functional, performance, production and economic standpoints within the scope of specified concepts.
Technical support for global RFI/Q, platform and customer projects.
Follow PLM design cycle for gate review, change management
What You Need
Must be familiar with stamping and metal Parts design;
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3+ years of Mechanical design
Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
What is Nice to Have
Proper drafting, dimensioning and tolerancing techniques, including GD&T.
Familiar with design tool –Creo and CATIA
DFMEA or DRBFM process or TS16949/APQP process
Good in Verbal and written communication skills
Simulation tools like ANSYS, FloEFD is preferred
From automotive industry with engineering background preferred
Have clear objectives and strives to exceed them
