岗位职责: 1. By providing pre-sale/after-sale product demonstration and clinical application support in the designated area, help the sales team to complete the sales targets and other indicators issued by the company, so as to realize the healthy growth of the business. 在指定区域内通过提供售前/售后的产品演示和临床应用支持,协助销售团队完成公司下达的销售额等各项指标,实现业务良性增长; 2. Provide product and clinical training to customers, distributor and sales teams. 对客户、代理商和销售团队提供产品和临床应用的培训; 3. Collect, collate and analyze market product information and share it within the team, develop sales tools and Strategies.收集、整理和分析市场产品信息,并在团队内进行分享,开发销售工具和策略; 4. Collect customer feedback, actively participate in scientific research cooperation, and ensure effective communication with R&D team of company.收集客户反馈,积极参与科研合作,保证和研发团队的有效沟通; 5. Solve the clinical problems from customer side, collect customer feedback, improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term customer relationship.解决客户使用中的临床问题,收集客户的使用反馈,提高客户的满意度,建立长期的客户关系; 6. Maintain expert relationship in the region, assist customer in clinical research. 维护所在区域的专家关系,协助客户开展临床科研; 7. Constantly improve the English version of Service Manual, establish and update the solution of common problems; Assist in the establishment and improvement of application and after-sales service process.不断完善英文服务手册,建立与更新常见问题的解决方法;协助应用和售后服务流程的建立与改善; 8. Other duties confirmed by direct Supervisor or Oversea Application team leader, or any work related to After-sales Service.其他由直属销售上司或海外应用团队主管定义的服务内容,或与售后服务相关的工作; 任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历, 医疗影像或临床医学等相关专业背景; 2、1年以上超声应用技术支持工作经验; 3、有医院超声医生工作经验优先,熟悉常见病超声检查手法及诊断; 4、具有彩超图像优化经验者优先; 5、具备良好的沟通及演讲能力,熟悉office办公软件; 6、能适应出差,英语口语表达流利; 7、有责任心,亲和力强,稳重大方,团队协作精神,具有乐观的思维方式。
