岗位职责: 1. Work with customer, understand customer requirement, and push internal resource to meet customer requirement; 2. Reguler communicate with downstream customer, get build situation of downstream customer, timely to resolve downstream feedback. 3. Monitor team work for customer feedback and complaint, increase customer setifaction. 4. Review data of process control and CTQ to products, analysis and improve abnormal data timely; 5. Study CTQ to products, lead team to define and control quality critical point, to avoid batch failure happened and escapee; 6. Risk assessment for abnoraml process and products, to avoid quality risk; 7. Familiar with customer document, ensure facotry meet customer requirement; 8. Response for production line qualification, push team to meet customer requirement and pass line qualification by customer; 9. Participate in cost reduction, process improvement, system development and other work to ensure that the project meets the quality assurance requirements; 10. Training team member, improve output quality. 职位要求: 1.at least 7years working experience in quality management. 2. 2 years working experience in dealing with customer quality, experienced in PCB/FPC/SMT fabrication quality management is prefered . 3.Familiar with Quality tools, 6 sigma, RoHS Directive, IPC-6013/610, 8D, MSA and etc. 4. Good ccommad of writing and reviewing 8D reports with 5-why and fishbone methodology; 5.Good presentation skills, have leadership; 6.Be honesty, detail-oriented, due-diligence, hardworking, committed and Be responsible. 7.Good English communication both in writing and spoken. 8.Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills . 9. Good computer skills: familiar with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint. 10. Bachelor degree in electronic or mechanical is preferred. 11.Can accept the overtime working if necessary.
