岗位职责：
1. Develop & implement quality control plan at every stage, and inprove product quality through FACA, 8D analysis.
2. Prepare PPAP package and submit PSW on time per customer requirement for every new product instroduction.
3. Prepare SIP for every *** article inspection by IPQA, and sampling inspection by OQA. And follow up corrective and preventive actions& non-conforming part control.
4. Take care of customer compliants, drive corrective actions from manufacture dept and submit 8D report to customer.
5. Evaluate & authorize to stop the line whenever product quality is out of contorl.
6. Do training and qualify the technicians & inspectors.
6. Complate tasks assigned by Quality Manager.
职责要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.3 years of working experience in FPC(A) or PCB(A) is preferred;
3.Familiar with quality tools such as QC7 tools/ APQP/PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA;
4.Familar with 8D or PDCA methodology;
4.Have good communication skills and good Teamwork;
5.Enough skill of office software application;
6.With IATF16949 internal auditor qualification is preferred;
7. Good English speaking/writing/reading skill;
