岗位简要描述： SPM takes the overall owner of software delivery in the project, responsible for software project management, manages the software change and release management, configuration management, software risk and issue management etc., responsible for software application engineering activities and deliverables, tracks the software strategy and trend of customers, etc. SPM shall take all the listed responsibilities and activities but not limited. 软件项目管理工程师是项目中软件交付的整体负责人，负责软件项目管理，负责软件变更和释放管理、配置管理、软件风险和问题管理，负责软件应用工程的交付，并跟踪客户的软件策略和趋势，应承担以下所列的所有责任和活动，但不限于此。 1. Software Project Management activities and responsibilities: 软件项目管理职责： 1) Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, closure of a project for software release; 启动、计划、执行、监控、控制和完成项目软件释放; 2) Initiate project transfer and handover as required; 根据需要，按要求进行项目移交和交接; 3) Forecast and maintain the software engineering activities in ViewForecast system; 预测和维护View Forecast系统中的软件工程活动; 4) Manage and track ESSE Process Measurement & Metrics in project; 管理和跟踪项目中软件相关领域的过程质量和项目指标; 2. Software Project Resource Management activities and responsibilities: 软件项目资源管理职责： 1) Plan and manage the software engineering resources with functional leaders support; 在职能团队负责人的支持下计划和管理软件工程资源; 2) Track and measure the performance of project team members in the project; 跟踪和衡量项目团队成员在项目中的表现; 3) Track and measure the outsourcing 3rd party or partners delivery performance in the project; 跟踪和衡量第三方或合作伙伴在项目中的交付绩效; 3. Software Change and Release Management activities and responsibilities: 软件变更和发布管理职责： 1) Conduct the Software ICR, Build Plan, Release Management and Board Review; 发起和跟踪软件内部变更请求ICR，软件开发计划，软件发布管理和软件释放委员会评审; 2) Conduct Software Deviation Management (Software EP); 发起和跟踪软件偏差管理(软件偏差工程许可); 3) Conduct Software ECR (Internal driven changes for SW-only); 发起和跟踪软件变更请求ECR (仅针对源于公司内部发起的软件变更); 4) Create and monitor the tickets in RTC for the ICR, Build Plan and Release Approval; 在RTC中，创建和跟踪内部软件变更相关的工单，软件开发计划和软件释放批准请求; 4. Software Configuration Management activities and responsibilities: 软件配置管理职责： 1) Manage the Software related configuration systems such as RIMS, RTC, GC, CCM, RM, AM, QM, eRoom, ViewForecast, SharePoint, etc. 对软件相关的各个系统进行配置管理, 包括RIMS, RTC, GC, CCM, RM, AM, QM, eRoom, ViewForecast, SharePoint等; 2) Perform the Software Configuration Manager role in the project; 在项目中承担软件配置经理职责; 5. Software Risk & Issue Management activities and responsibilities: 软件风险和问题管理职责： 1) Manage the software issue and delivery risks informed by the related stakesholders; 管理由利益相关者通知的软件问题和交付风险; 2) Manage the software anomaly / defects in Defect Management system; 在缺陷管理系统中管理软件异常/缺陷; 6. Software Process Improvement activities and responsibilities: 软件工程改进职责： 1) Support Software Project Management Process improvement in Software Process Working Group; 在软件过程工作组中支持软件项目管理过程改进; 2) Support Software Application Engineering Process improvement in Software Process Working Group; 在软件过程工作组中支持软件应用工程过程改进; 3) Provide recommendations into the organization's software process improvement activities; 将改进建议反馈到组织软件过程改进活动中; 7. Software Quality activities and responsibilities: 软件质量活动和职责： 1) eAPQP interface for Software Engineering; 在项目管理过程中，作为软件工程活动的eAPQP对接窗口; 2) Create and track the Software FCC/ICC Corrective Actions to closure in eQMS system; 在eQMS系统中，创建、跟踪和完成软件FCC/ICC纠正措施; 8. Software Application Engineering activities and responsibilities: 软件应用工程的活动和职责: 1) Work with Product Manager to complete some software applications, including but not limited to: customer requirements analysis, perform software consolidation and smoke testing, complete various materials and documents required for delivery, and work with APTC and system engineers. 与产品经理配合完成部分软件应用的工作，包括但不限于：客户需求分析，执行软件合并和冒烟测试，完成交付所需的各类材料和文件，以及配合APTC和系统工程师的相关工作。
61 With strong spirit of team work and can work under high pressure. 61 Strong on time and on quality sense and project management skills 61 PMP knowhow, PMP certification will be preferred 61 Good oral and written communication skills in English; 61 Familiar with project management tool, e.g. MS project, IBM ELM, RTC etc. 61 Familiar with ASPICE, Functional Safety, Cyber Security or other software related development process 61 Familiar with software tools, e.g. CANoe, CANape, HexView, DoorsNG, etc. 具有较强的团队合作精神，能承受较高的工作压力。 较强的时间和质量意识以及项目管理技能 PMP专业知识，有PMP认证者优先 良好的英语口头和书面沟通能力 熟悉项目管理工具，如MS项目，IBM ELM， RTC等。 熟悉ASPICE，功能安全，网络安全或其他软件相关的开发流程 61熟悉CANoe，CANape, HexView， DoorsNG等软件工具。
