Responsibility:

1. Responsible for direct material planning;
2. Responsible for verifying daily PR list proposed by system with reference to historical consumption and sales forecast;
3. Release PR to PO. After PO approved, send out to supplier;
4. Input AB once receive order confirmation from supplier. Update AB on time if any changes;
5. Subcontractor processing management including order handling;
6. Follow commercial compensation process based on SD communication;
7. Support new product launch/pruning;
8. Prepare reports related to MRP function;
9. Responsible for material master data collection and maintenance in GSAP.

Qualification:

1. College graduate and above in related major;
2. Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in chemical industries and international company;
3. Self-motivated, working independently, initiative;
4. Good command of written and spoken English;
5. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office products and familiar with ERP system.
