Pinyu is a start-up company mainly engaged in display electronics and mechanical processing products. As the company has entered a stage of rapid development, in order to meet the company's business development needs, we need to recruit a material & production plan assistant. The main job of this position is to be responsible for material & production planning. For details, please refer to the following work introduction.

主要工作：
Main Responsibilities:
1. 协调一个或多个产品的生产工作流程
Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
2. 计划并确定操作优先级，以确保***性能和最小延迟
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
3. 确定满足生产需求所需的人力、设备和原材料
Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
4. 获取产出信息（成品数、不良品百分比等）
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
5. 在系统中创建和修改生产计划定单，并对上传数据准确性负责
Create and modify production planning orders in the SAP/APO system and be responsible for the accuracy of SAP/APO data
6. 负责定期汇报物流计划和生产计划达成率和相关数据报告
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
7. 协助完成上级分配的相关工作
Assist in the completion of related work as assigned by the supervisor
基本要求：
Basic Requirements:
1. 大专及以上学历；供应链，物流或者机械相关专业者优先；
Colleague degree or above; Supplier chain, logistic or mechanical related majors
2. 熟悉机加工产品的生产流程和计划安排工作。
Experienced in CNC production plan work.
3. 有一定的物料和生产计划相关工作经验
Proven experience as production planner
4. 微软办公软件和ERP/SAP系统的相关检验
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP/SAP systems
5. 较强的组织和解决问题的能力，优秀的沟通能力
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
