Detail Responsibilities:
● Project
-. As Member of the Project Team, Leads Sourcing Process till completion of PQA steps and Project closure.
-. Support Preparation of Sourcing Plan to define mutual PTM commitments and conditions to proceed with Pre-SoCo (RFQ), SoCo (Award) and SOP at required QCD conditions.
-. Maintenance and control of the project material cost target, fulfill the PPI.
● Productivity
-. Potential supplier searching and developing for the internal and external requirements.
-. New supplier phase in, negotiations to ensure successful RFQ and/or auction process,PUMA validation workflow.
-. Manage the new part price approved process and maintenance in Comp@ss system.
-. Maintenance the monthly & yearly material cost reduction targets, fulfill the purchasing index.
-. Respects and applies SPHEROS standards (Business Partner code, GTP, VIPM)
-. Conduct yearly supplier audit
3 years on sourcing experience, familar with electronics segment.
