Job Description职位概要:Responsible for designing,developing,implementing and maintaining the software,tracking the software utilization ratio and resolving problems with end user,defining the process of software developing.定义并完善公司内部软件开发流程控制，设计、开发、实施并维护软件，跟踪软件的应用情况并加以改善，解决终端用户的软件应用问题。

Job description工作内容：
1.Gathering requirements and designing the cost-effective software.正确理解用户需求，制定***性价比软件应用方案；
2.Making and Implementing the plan of software developing.制定并执行软件开发计划；
3.Implementing and maintaining the software.负责软件上线实施与后期技术支持；
4.Prepare the manual and traing material for the end user and administrator.制作相关用户及管理手册、培训材料；
5.Training the new employee and end user.提供相关培训给相关用户；
6.Define the process of software developing and take continus improving.定义并持续完善内部软件开发流程控制；
Job qualification任职资格：
Education Background教育背景：
1.Computer science and software engineering related specialty in Bachelor's or above.计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业大学本科以上学历；
Training Experience培训经历：
1.Trained in .net,SQL Server,Oracle technology is preferred.受过.net、SQL Server、Oracle相关应用及开发培训；
Experience经验：
1.Software developing experience over 2 years in company. 2年以上企业应用软件编程经验；
Skill and Technique技能技巧：
1.Be well in communication,can take the requirements from the user properly.良好的沟通技巧，能够正确发掘、把握用户需求；
2. Have the preciseness logical ideation ,excellent analysis and good judgement.具有严谨的逻辑思维与分析、判断能力
3.Have skilled ability in software engineering and developing tools related.对软件开发相关工具与方法能够
熟练应用；
4.Smart,available to take new technology and knowledge.能够快速、有效的接受新技术、新知识；
