Responsibilities: 1、确保进出口操作的合规性 Ensure the compliance of import and export operations. 2、负责日常进出口的物流及进出口报关制单及复核 Responsible for daily logistics of import and export, as well as making and reviewing customs declaration documents. 3、负责日常进出口货物发货前的标签、单证等通关文件一致性确认 Responsible for confirming the consistency of labels, documents, and other clearance files before import and export. 4、负责进出口报关的准时性 Ensure On-Time-Delivery, meet the project shipping requirement. 5、负责办理审批单，运输鉴定书等相关进出口证件 Responsible for applying customs license, transportation certification and other related customs documents. 6、负责进出口账目核对与请款 Responsible for checking freight bill and settle the payment. 7、负责进出口台账的维护 Responsible for maintaining import and export record 8、完成上级领导安排的其它任务 Complete other tasks assigned by senior leadership.
1313任职要求 1.大专以上学历，3年以上药品、生物制品相关进出口的实操经验，熟悉生物制品进出口报关基本要求，以及海关监管要求 College degree or above, more than 3 years of practical experience in the import and export of drugs and biological products, familiar with the basic requirements for the import and export customs declaration of biological products, as well as customs supervision requirements 2.熟悉GMP、药典等相关医药行业法律法规，了解冷链运输业务，有保税手册经验者佳 Familiar with GMP, pharmacopoeia and other relevant laws and regulations, know basic Knowledge about Cold Chain Logistics, with experience of bonded processing business is preferred. 3.良好的沟通技能,熟悉办公自动化软件 Good communication skills， familiar with office software 4.良好的英语读写能力 Good English reading and writing skills 5.积极主动、责任感强 Proactive and responsible
