工作职责: 1. Work as part of the Quality team supporting the development of the quality culture at the plant to assure customers of site's commitment to quality. 作为质量团队的一员,支持工厂质量的发展,以确保客户对工厂质量承诺的信心; 2. Act as *** contact point for customer complaints. 作为客户投诉的***联系窗口; 3. Deliberation with the customer, in the name of site, to find the best (temporary) solution, both for the customer as well as site. 以工厂名义与客户协商,寻找对客户和工厂双方***的(临时)解决方案; 5. Customer PPM and quality issues monthly review, pass the voice of customer to internal process and continue push internal quality improvement with engineering, in-process quality and production. 每月审查客户PPM和质量问题,将客户的反馈传递给内部流程,并与工程、过程质量和生产团队持续推动内部质量改进; 6. Controlling the process of internal complaint completion and informing the customer about the status of their complaint regularly. 控制内部投诉处理的过程,并定期通知客户其投诉的状态; 7. Closing a complaint in consultation with the customer. 与客户沟通后关闭投诉; 8. Periodically reporting quality analyses to the internal organisation and giving advice concerning improvement initiatives. 定期向内部组织报告质量分析,并提供有关改进举措的建议; 9. Accompany audits done by customers within site. 协同客户在工厂进行审核; 10. Other tasks from supervisor. 主管交办的其他任务。 职位要求: 1. Bachelor Degree in Quality or Engineering. 质量或工程学士学位; 2. Minimum 3 years experience in a Customer Engineer / Quality role. 至少3年客户工程师/质量岗位的经验; 3. Able to use Canoe software is a plus. 能够使用Canoe软件者优先; 4.
