Role Statement Take responsible for the planning and execution of NPI and Footprint Integration with the objective of creating a simple, lean, and flexible project plan for Industrial Suzhou plant. This role will guide and supervise the project management with on-time deliverables, take into account the procedure and strategy. The position reports to plant manager.
Key Responsibilities/Objectives 1. Preparing Business Case and involving Feasibility Study Process - Prepare and develop Business Case准备项目策划书; - Involve entire Feasibility Study Process to provide multiple options and converts inputs into project plans which can be reviewed by management to evaluate the economic and strategic benefit to the company training and development可行性分析报告, 汇报管理层进行项目的评审; 2. Developing and controlling project budget预算管理 - Develop and implement Project budget and monitor the achievement of the budget.制定项目预算,并在过程中对其进行管理和监控,确保目标的达成; - Follow up and control all the relevant changes during different project phases to make sure entire Project Budget be respected and minimize the potential gap.对项目进行中的变化进行控制和审核,减少其对项目总体预算产生负面影响 3. Controlling Project Schedule制定并管理项目计划 - Develop and implement Project timetable and monitor the achievement of the implementation of entire project 制定项目计划,并在过程中对其进行管理和监控,确保目标的达成 - Follow up and control all the relevant changes during different project phases to make sure entire Project scheduling be respected and minimize the potential risks对项目进行中的变化进行控制和审核,减少其对项目总体计划产生负面影响; 4. Project Management项目管理 - Manage ongoing project implementation by periodically key project review, provide feedbacks upon the project summary reports; pre-mass production and Project Release system approval; and Project information system通过定期的项目进度审核,管理项目的进程和重要任务的实施,以项目总结报告以及相关关的系统,对项目状态进行及时的汇报和反馈 - Interfaces with Purchasing, Demand Management, Quality, Human Resources, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Finance and legal to analyze and resolve road blocks encountered总体协调相关方的沟通与协作,如采购,质量,产品工程,制造,财务等相关部门,以及时处理项目过程中发生的问题 - Act as Project coordinator and chair meetings to inform those concerned with the progress of specific projects and ensure that the schedules are met 5. Managing the smooth Communication沟通管理 - Follow Project Scope and timetable and monitor the achievement of the implementation of entire project制定项目范围和沟通计划; - Take the leadership of the communication for both internal and external relevant players与内部和外部的相关方建立沟通渠道; - Work with internal count parts like procurement, materials, factory operations, and engineering departments as well as external related players like multiple government departments to successfully execute the Industrial Strategic Plan与内部核算部门(如采购,材料,工厂运作,工程部门)以及外部相关部门(如多个政府部门)合作,成功执行工厂战略计划; 6. Controlling Risks on Safety, Policies and Procedure风险管理 - Make sure Safety during project implementation phases以安全为优先级; - Oversee the implementation of the global and regional policy and procedure and system遵从流程和规定; - Monitor and ensure the Project policy, procedure and system to align with government regulation and requirement and corporate policy as well as streamline the process in order to guide employees and vendors’ work and improve their efficiency对于项目过程中识别出来的风险进行有效的管理; 7. People management and development资源管理 - Allocate and balance work across direct reports, Periodical review project team target and subordinate performance to judge the target reallocation and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports 分配和平衡资源需求,制定并定期评估项目团队成员的绩效; - Support and coordinate the relationship among the project team members; and help to solve the cross-functional/Cross BU's issues支持并协调团队的关系,确保有效的团队合作; - Mentor, develop, motivate direct reports and provide related training; develop training plan for new employees in order to achieve targeted Region project team’s performance and retain key talent指导,发展,激励下属,从而实现业务目标的顺利达成,同时识别人才并对其制定相应的发展计划; 8. Pricing & Cost Estimation价格与成本的评估 - Prepares accurate cost analysis, resources requirement estimates, and detail plans for assigned projects准备相关的成本分析,资源需求等,从而保证项目的实施; - Set the Pricing Methodology procedure, review and approve the cost sheets incl. tooling list, manufacturing process, new year hour rate; duty rate and imported tooling/equipment freight etc. in order to ensure the Pricing system reflect the real cost for each product and keep the accuracy of the financial report. - solutions 设定成本目标,并通过相关知识对成本进行有效的管理; 9. Overall management of project engineering department, guide and coach team to achieve the project goals and report out on regular basis. 管理项目工程团队,给予指导和管理工作以达成部门项目的各项指标,并定期汇报总体项目的进度。
