工作内容：
该职位负责生产部门的应用系统支持，如SAP系统的使用支持，包括生产主数据的创建和维护，SAP 系统使用过程中的问题处理和不断改进改进。参与新项目（如MES系统）的实施及维护等。
1. Responsible for SAP P1U system support, includes master data creation and troubleshooting 负责生产部门SAP的相关支持，包括生产主数据的创建，系统异常的处理；
2. Create and maintain PI-sheet (EBR) including XStep repository, and recipe management 创建并维护生产PI-sheet (EBR)，包含XStep库和配方管理；
3. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of new IT projects (such as MES system) 参与生产相关新IT系统（如MES系统）的实施及维护工作；
4. Analysis different business needs and drive the consistency and standard process for one manufacturing 分析不同业务功能需求，并推动生产流程管理的一致性和统一性；
5. Work closely with the user team, ensuring all the new requests are well organized and implemented 与用户团队紧密合作，及时沟通业务需求和反馈问题解决进度；
6. Specifies the requirements of the user area and analyzes effects on existing processes 明确用户要求，分析对现有流程的影响；
7. Initiates and complete relevant change requests 提出并执行相关变更请求；
8. Write test script & prepare test data & support key users during test 撰写测试脚本，准备测试数据并支持用户测试；
9. Provide technical training for end users 为生产人员提供系统技术培训；
10. Ensures the functionality of the supervised IT systems within manufacturing 确保所监管的IT系统在生产用户领域正常运行；
11. Comply with IT standards and methodology 遵守信息技术标准和方法；
12. Other tasks assigned by line manager 主管分配的其他工作。
