Responsibilities - 发货安排和跟踪，国内危险品货物陆路、水路运输安排、以及在途运输货物的跟踪，注意时效并控制物流成本；如有需要汇货物在途状况异常问题及时反馈解决 - Arrange the internal delivery for Dangerous goods by truck or boat, and tracking the status of it. Control and focus on cost and lead time, inform custom service for goods transportation information. - 负责公司进出口货物通关单据和关税付款单据的制作；进出口货物状态的追踪，协助申请进出口许可证和原产地证明 - Prepare Import and Export documents in a timely manner for customs clearance or payment purposes. tracking Import and Export status and assist in applying for relative license and Certificate of origin for Export goods. - 运输与进出口资料的整理,归档 - Maintain transport and IMEX log and file. - 及时完成物流报表和运费对帐 - Finish logistics report and logistics charge check and payment timely. - 其他指定的工作 - Other duties as required.
Qualifications - 大专及以上学历，国际贸易或物流管理等相关专业 - College or above, major in Logistics management or international business is preferred. - 能熟练运用Office等办公软件 - Proficient in MS office such as Excel, Word etc. - 熟悉国家进出口相关法律、法规 - Be familiar with the related laws and regulations of customs, foreign trade as well as CIQ, associated with logistic activities. - 工作认真、细致，具有良好的团队合作精神，能在压力下工作，渴望学习新的知识 - Scrupulous working style, team-work spirit, work under pressure, Capability of learning and keen on learning. - 从事物流或进出口贸易等相关工作二年以上 - Have more than two Years Working Experience in the logistics field, especially in Import/Export and transportation.
