Responsibility:
-New project introduction from NPI to mass production.
-Be in charge of the overall project management from NPI to mass production.
-Lead the CFT team to take activity to meet project requirement.
-Project milestone handle and control the project risk, cost, quality and time.
-Keep good communication with internal and external customers.
-BOM setup and customer documents analysis in beginning of project phase.
-Urgent support (customer visit / audit / technology.etc) in NPI phase.
-Engineering change management
-Customer Special activities handling


Requirements:
-Be familar with electronical manufacture process
-Fluent english in oral, writing and reading
-Be familar with problem solving and very good communication skill.
-PMP knowledge
-Customer dedicate requirements (APQP,PPAP etc.)
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and project.
