Responsibilities
61 Support platform leaders to conduct new product development, ensuring flawless design quality and timely delivery.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate manufacturing feasibility.
61 Standardize detailed design methods and tools for compressors, components, and modular products.
61 Conduct design reviews, DFMEA, risk mitigation, and rapid learning cycles to improve efficiency.
61 Drive technical innovations and align with multiple design teams on future roadmaps.
61 Implement cost and complexity reduction strategies across the entire process.
61 Lead the SWAT Team in detailed root cause analysis and critical problem-solving.
61 Foster an innovative team culture and encourage creative idea generation and implementation.

Requirements
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or compressor engineering.
61 At least 10 years of experience in new product development or engineering in the mechanical or refrigerant industry, with a preference for scroll compressors.
61 Over 3 years of team leader or supervisor experience.
61 Proficiency in Lean NPD delivery, especially in mechanics design.
61 Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Mandarin and English.
