Assurance of Food safety, sensory and regulatory compliance. Build and maintain systematic know-how of regulatory requirements and relationship with external key opinion leaders of third-party service providers as well as key clients with focus on ASEAN countries including export scenarios. Ensure supply security and costs optimization by qualification of alternative materials, dual sourcing as well as sustainable sourcing. Main responsibilities: - Check and release of technical/regulatory material datasheets from suppliers - Verification of article creation in SAP - National and international communications regarding regulatory relevant topics - Creation of Declaration of Compliance and other regulatory statements for Closures (Food and Beauty contact applications) - Execution/coordination of migration, sensorial and color stability tests and maintain monitoring plan: Management of samples included - Support site audit preparation - Prepare feedback and certificates answering requests from customers and regulatory bodies - Regulatory watch taking a proactive approach gathering all relevant releases - Cooperation with Beauty and Pharma regulatory affairs teams and Aptar plants global wide - Project management - Compliance with ISSC hygiene rules and safety regulations - Other tasks been assigned Job requirements Job requirements (e.g. faculty, graduation, language, skills): Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in applied sciences, focus on chemistry, food / packaging technology or food science, chemical engineering or similar. Motivation and enthusiasm for Regulatory work combined with a precise, structured and conceptual way of thinking and working Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant position at a food manufacturer, or food-packaging manufacturer. Strong understanding of Food contact materials and Cosmetic regulations ASEAN Region, focus on China and Japan (USA FDA and or European Union is advantage) Knowledge of any Global Food Certification Standard and Food Safety is advantage Solid understanding of analytical methods (i.e. GCMS, Migration studies etc.) Knowledge in MS Office Solid knowledge in SAP, Specification and BOM management processes Good English language skills (spoken and written) Travelling requirements: General willingness to travel
