Job Responsibilities 1 Customer order and FCST management , to fulfill customer order 100% OTD. 2 Proactively resolve customer complaints. 3 Well control FG inventory, including 3rd Party warehouse. 4 Strong cost sense to arrange and optimize pickup. Make sure no premium cost due to planning failure. 5 Work closely with Material Planner and project leader for the ECR/ECN FG. 6 Monitor and dispose the slow moving and non-moving parts in time. 7 Monitor and dispose blocked FG under the support of QMM,MOE in time. 8 Others arranged by supervisor.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree 2. At least 3 years working experienceat Customer Service 3. Knowledge of SAP 4. Good MS-office skills 5. Good Mandarin and English Communication skills.
