1.Receive end user order via proper approach, verify the information, and key order in IFS system. 2.Reserve the goods in system and work with warehouse to arrange the goods ready for dispatch on time. 3.Select forwarder as per the regulation of Intel, and inform forwarder to pickup the goods timely. 4.Update the track information in IFS, communicate with customer for shipping information if necessary, follow up/track the shipment, and ensure the customer get the goods as per requirement. 5.Timely and accurately prepare export customs declaration documents, and customer required documents, customs system uploading, follow up, etc. 6.Manage the customer (end user) information in IFS. 7.To communicate and coordinate with Sales and ender user for goods return, also work together with quality dept and sales to handle the quality complain. 8.Monitor the Inventory of Intel goods, and escalated to sales and order tracking while find the risk for low inventory. 9.To manage the export customs declaration record and documents. 10. Update the daily delivery report , measure the Intel fulfillment OTD and forwarder’s delivery performance, feedback to sales. 11. Be responsible for calculate, analyze transportation fee and cost per month and re-charge to Intel back.. 12. Other work assigned by supervisor
Education & Training: College degree in International Trade or Logistics Management
Experience & Competency: 1. More than 3 years relative experience in customer service and logistics 2. Excellent ability of speaking and writing in English 3. Good communication skills 4. Familiar with the operation of Microsoft Office and ERP system as primary tools 5. Customer orientated 6. Knowledge on international trade, customs declaration, shipping 7. Understanding of Customs & CIQ rules and regulations. 8. Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, careful, steady, good communication and interpersonal skill. 9. Has certificate for Customs declaration is better
