Key Responsibilities · Stay updated on import & export laws, regulations, and rules set by Customs, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, etc. to ensure compliance in daily operations. · Check and review the relevant information in the customs declaration, logistics cost, and customs duties to ensure accuracy. · Coordinate and process abnormal situations in the transportation (including domestic transportation) and customs declaration. · Manage logistics suppliers to ensure world-class service and cost efficiency. · Maintain customs system data accurately and efficiently. · Cooperate strictly with customs inspections and provide relevant materials as required. · Review and continuously optimize existing processes according to new customs policies, changes, and company management requirements. · Coordinate on-site staff management to ensure outstanding performance and safety compliance. · Assist on-site staff in resolving problems or providing resource support effectively. · Conduct AEO annual audits for import & export activities. · Implement and improve AEO-related policies to enhance compliance and efficiency. · Provide logistics support for new projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. · Ensure all work aligns with the company's safety standards and requirements, performing duties with a focus on safety and compliance. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or above in International Economics and Trade or logistics related major · At least 5 years’ logistics experience in manufacturing plant. · Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within an import/export environment. · Detailed knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements. · Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail. · Strong problem-solving abilities and proven experience in managing logistics-related issues. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. · Familiarity with logistics software and systems, and the ability to maintain accurate data records. · Ambitious and determined approach, with a drive for continuous improvement and flawless execution. · Ability to adapt to changes in policies and regulations and implement new processes successfully.
