工作职责：
1. Responsible for execution of analysis & repair of returned units
- Execute failure analysis and in-depth failure cause analysis of field returns in collaboration with the responsible Customer Quality Assurance Manager.
- Initiate further analysis with component manufacturers (suppliers) or external analysis laboratories in consultation with the responsible Customer Quality Assurance Manager.
Participation in the handling of customer complaints concerning the execution of failure analysis, failure cause analysis for claimed units as well as the resulting failure (3D) and failure cause (4D) reporting in SAP.
2. Participation at Corrections and improvement processing in customer aftersales
3. Reporting about conspicuous failures found during analysis of field returns.
- manufacturing failures (to be reported to MQA of respective site)
- cluster in failures (to be reported to CQA)
4. Technical support to production repair team for critical failures which can’t detect failure reason by repair team.

1. Bachelor or above of Engineering in Electronics
2. 5 years’ experience of failure analysis of electrical products.
3. Knowledge of electrical components: MOSFET, Magnetic components, IC, Diodes, Capacitor, Resistor and so on.
4. Power supply failure analysis experiment is preferred.
5. ISO9001 internal auditor
6. IPC-A-610 and IPC7711/7721 certified specialist
7. Be skilled in using instruments and tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, LCRs, ACDC power supplies, electronic loads, soldering irons, etc.
8. Be proficient in electronic circuits.
工作职责：
1.负责执行退回设备的分析和维修
-与负责的客户质量保证经理合作，对现场退货进行故障分析和深入的故障原因分析。
-与负责的客户质量保证经理协商，与组件制造商（供应商）或外部分析实验室进行进一步分析。
参与处理客户投诉，包括执行故障分析、索赔单元的故障原因分析以及SAP中的故障（3D）和故障原因（4D）报告。
2.参与客户售后纠正和改进处理
3.报告现场退货分析过程中发现的明显故障。
-制造故障（向各工厂的MQA报告）
-群体性故障（向CQA报告）
4.对于维修团队无法检测到故障原因的关键故障，为生产维修团队提供技术支持。
招聘要求：
1.电子工程学士及以上学历
2.5年电气产品故障分析经验。
3.电气元件知识：MOSFET、磁性元件、IC、二极管、电容器、电阻器等。
4.电源故障分析实验优先。
5.ISO9001内审员
6.IPC-A-610和IPC7711/7721认证专家
7.熟练使用示波器、万用表、LCR、ACDC电源、电子负载、烙铁等仪器和工具。
8.精通电子电路。
