招聘要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械/金属材料相关专业毕业；

2、5年以上铝挤压和机加工行业相关工作经验；
At least 5 years relevant working experience in aluminum extrusion and fabrication
3、具有丰富的铝挤压工艺经验，良好的生产管理技能，对安全及质量有很强的管理控制方法，对细节关注；
Rich experience in aluminum extrusion process, good production management skills, strong management control approach to safety and quality and attention to detail;
4、熟悉IATF16949 质量体系；
Familiar with IATF16949 quality system；
5、接受过5S,TQM,TPM，Six sigma，安全培训，具有强烈的成本改善和问题解决能力；
Have received 5S,TQM,TPM, Six Sigma, safety training background，Be cost conscious and problem-solving skills
6、为人正直，具有团队合作精神；
Integrity, team work spirit
7、基础的英文读写能力。

岗位职责：
1、根据公司年度计划，设定本部门长、短期工作目标，并组织资源达成目标；
According to the company's annual plan, set up the long term and short term objectives of the department. Organize resources to achieve goals
2、密切跟踪生产计划，及时报告产出差距，并采取相应措施确保按时交货；
Closely follow production plan, reporting out delivery gap and make mitigation actions to ensure delivery on time;
3、主导工艺异常原因分析、落实改善行动并定期汇报改善结果，提交改善报告；
Lead the cause analysis of abnormal process, implement the improvement actions, report the improvement results regularly, and submit the improvement report;
4、严格执行和监控产品质量和生产率提高、OT和其他成本控制的过程和质量控制规定；
Strictly implement and monitor process and quality control regulations for product quality and productivity improvement, OT and other cost control;
6、现场问题快速整改，如安全/ 5S/可视化等。
On-site issue quick rectification, like safety/ 5S/ visualization etc.
7、与职能团队全面合作，消除生产过程中的异常，识别和解决生产相关问题；
Completely collaborate with function team to eliminate anomalies in the production process, identifying and solving production related issues;
8、组织开展HSE和EBS持续改进活动，确保安全健康的环境；
Carry out HSE and EBS continuous improvement activities to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
