1. Technical Interface between defined key account customers and Norgren Transportation BU R&D team, utilize application know how to promote Norgren technical solutions to customer, support sales to win business 2. Closely cooperate with customer to identify the new opportunity requirement, workout the NPD specification and testing requirement with customer and internal team before RWW Approval phase. 3. Join technical review and support the testing team to simulate the customer site application testing at our lab, take ownership to do sample testing on site with customer together and resolved problem if possible or jointly find improved solution with engineering team to be succeed. 4. Provide *** line, customer facing technical support to introduce Norgren Transportation BU product and solution to meet customer application demand. 5. Develop customer engineering relationships as key account management team members by discussion needs, resolving issues and providing qualified technical recommendations. 6. Provide application training for internal team and improve the overall engineering application knowledge. 7. Collect the competitor product performance and application and share with team. Requirements: 1. Problem solving, time management, prioritization abilities, Quick learner. 2. Visualization, innovation, initiative, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work in a team environment. 3. Good command of English, both oral and writing. 4. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic or Automotive Engineering. 5. 3 years working experiences in application or R&D functions of automotive industry. 6. Good knowledge about fluent valve control and CAN bus communication, or related electronics. 7. Willing to travel on site at short notice. 8. Willing to stay on site for a longer period (several weeks). 9. CV or Hydrogen systems integration engineering and technical background in the areas of system design/architecture, programming at Engine/Transmission/braking /AMT etc. as prefer . 10. Workable English as prefers.
