Collaborate with other divisions and business units to create solutions that leverage other products to solve customer problems. 61 Collaborate with target customers to share product and technology roadmaps and ensure consistency between internal development plans and customer needs. 61 Develop and execute launch plans for new product introductions. 61 Develop and manage specific product families in support of market segment strategies 61 Manage the life-cycle of the product portfolio and individual product families from introduction and growth to end-of-life. 61 Support demand forecasting and inventory planning based on inputs from Sales. Candidates with Bachelors and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or other technical background will be strong plus. Candidates should be willing to interface with R & D, Operations, sales, marketing and be willing to co-work with a team of product and application professionals to manage full lifecycle of product and build concept to mass launch. The candidate must have critical thinking skills, outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
