RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Provide professional support to Sales & Service Director and ensure that effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all times 2.Compile meeting documentation for management 3.Be actively involved in the yearly content and campaign planning for marketing activities, such as editorial plan for WeChat posts 4.Provide content and translation for WeChat articles and videos, this might also include other marketing channels 5.Planning and Organization of yearly Sales Activities and Events, such as yearly exhibitions, open-house events and other special customer meetings 6.Company gift management 7.Visitor management 8.Arrange and coordinate various meetings and prepare reports and presentation materials 9.Support the BU-Serv Team to complete and process travel expenses 10.Develop and optimize internal standards for file management 11.Support Team of Field Engineers for travel arrangements and preparation of on-site services 12.Support Team of Field Engineers for reporting, documentation and hour tracking 13.Follow-up on-site services to track completion status and customer satisfaction 14.Assist in the management of tools, equipment and materials to ensure rational allocation of resources 15.Cooperate with Brückner partners in HQ and leading companies 16.Other tasks assigned by Sales & Service Director REQUIREMENTS: 1.Excellent organizational skills and able to multi-tasking 2.Forward thinker with strong interpersonal skills 3.A high level of written and verbal communication skills, in Chinese and in English 4.Team player with the ability to work independently 5.Advanced knowledge of MS Office package 6.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 7.High degree of creativity 8.Either some experience and background in marketing and communication or the willingness to further develop in this field
