1. Duties and Responsibilities 1) Responsible for managing all stages of a project from the kickoff through production ramp-up. 2) Manage the major tasks of the project team across different divisions and regions to develop, qualify that meet or exceed the agreed upon product requirements, schedule, product cost, budget, and quality goals. 3) Conduct risk assessments throughout the product life cycle, identify, analyze, and evaluate risks associated with team members for medical device development projects. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and effectiveness. 4) Manage and maintain all project- related documentation. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and traceability of documentation, and facilitate document reviews and approvals. 5) Chair Team meetings and facilitate interdepartmental meetings to resolve key program issues. 6) Prepare and periodically update program status to Management team.
2. Job Specification: General Requirement 1) University graduated, majored in mechanical engineering background. 2) Minimum 3~5 years work experience in precision plastic manufacturing environment, medical plastic product development experience will be preferred. 3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. 4) 3+ years’ Project management experience with standard project management tools and methodologies.
Special skill and knowledge requirement 1) Understanding of new product development including engineering, marketing, finance, manufacturing, quality etc; 2) PMP accreditation or completion of Project Management Certification program is highly desirable; 3) Strong person-to-person communication and able to share information with management team, peers, subordinates, and customer. 4) Able to work in an autonomous environment with minimal supervision
