Job responsibility： 1）Use analysis tools to manage and stabilized product process
2) Optimize and improve the material application performance in process
3) Defining the product parameter and standard working hours
4) Focus on the quality issues which raise up from internal production and external customer
5) Focus on Introduce new material/product/hose technology/machine into plant
6) Improve products yield and production efficiency with multiple technique (material/ process/ IE skill)
7) Time method and routing study for Costification of processes
8) Machine capacity and saturability study
9) Analysis of processes and work techniques, the measurement of elementary operations, human activities and their safety in the workplace, referring to the kaizen approach aimed at continuous improvement
Job requirements： 1) Bachelor degree, majored in materials, industrial engineering, Mechanical Manufacture, Chemistry and Physics of Polymers are preferred
