Job title: Business Line Manager, Equipment/Regions
Department: Equipment Sales Department
Report to: General Manager

Mission:

To continuously introduce of gas generation and purification products and improve of the presence in the market, which in return shall achieve high market shares through necessary planning and implementation of business actions and activities in national wide. 不断推出气体生产和净化产品,提高市场占有率,通过在全国范围内进行必要的经营活动规划和实施,获取较高的市场占有率。


Position Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibility and Coverage 销售职责及覆盖范围
61 Develop and implement AGA sales and marketing strategy to maximize business results with direct and indirect sales channels. 制定和实施AGA的销售和市场策略,通过直接和间接的销售渠道最实现业务成果的***化。
61 To interact with AGE division’s marketing to develop and implement business marketing plans and translate market needs into new products master specs. 与AGE的市场部合作,制定和实施商业营销计划,并将市场需求转化为新产品的主要规格。
61 To ensure necessary planning and implementation of all required sales actions & activities to meet the revenue, gross profit, receivables and functional cost targets set by the company. 确保所有必要的销售行动和活动的计划及实施,以满足公司设定的收入、毛利、应收账款和职能成本目标。
61 Develop and implement direct and key accounts sales strategy, manage to build and maintain strong relationship on customer sites. 制定和实施直接客户和大客户的销售策略,管理和维护与客户的良好关系。
61 To develop and maintain distributor network to ensure good balance between direct sales & indirect sales. 开发和维护经销商网络,确保直销和间销之间的良好平衡。
- Extend distributors network to improve the market coverage. 扩展经销商网络,提高市场覆盖率
- Formulation of pricing strategies and distribution channel analysis & development. 制定价格策略,分析和开发分销渠道
61 To develop OEM business from industrial applications and adjacent manufacturers etc. 开发来自工业应用和周边制造商等的OEM业务。
61 To identify new opportunities, understand and create customer needs as well as following up on competitor’s activities and market price levels. 识别新机会,了解并创造客户需求,跟踪竞争对手的活动和市场价格水平。
61 Work with marketing and communication team to develop innovative marketing programs and show event campaigns. 与市场和传播团队合作,开发创新的市场计划和展示活动。
61 To develop and implement sales, marketing and distributor tools to achieve and maintain competitive advantage in the market. 开发和实施销售、市场和经销商工具,以实现并保持市场竞争优势。
61 Cooperate with Finance department to improve receivables & overdue timely与财务部门合作,及时改善应收账款和逾期账款。
Organization development & people management组织发展和人员管理
61 To train, coach and boost sales team’s competence in direct/indirect sales, project management, technical and commercial aspects. 培训,指导和提高销售团队在直接、间接销售,项目管理,技术和商业方面的能力。
61 To define and optimize continuously the number and geographical spread of sales force in the territory. 定义并不断优化区域内销售人员的数量和地域分布。
Co-ordination with Aftermarket and other teams与售后和其他团队合作
61 Follow up customer complaints, cooperate with service and marketing team to achieve customer satisfaction. 跟进客户投诉,配合服务和市场团队实现客户满意度。
61 To interact with the aftermarket department to further develop and optimize the aftermarket business. 与售后部门合作,进一步发展和优化售后业务。
61 To provide feedback on product quality, product trends and competitor development to the product companies. 向生产公司提供产品质量、产品趋势和竞争对手发展的反馈。
61 To follow the group and company rules, processes and procedures as presented in “The Way” as well as other local regulations to ensure that the policies are followed by the employees in your area of responsibility. 遵守集团和公司的规章制度、流程和程序,以及其他当地法规,以确保所负责区域的员工遵守这些政策。
61 Comply with the safety and quality management requirements of the company and related parties. 遵守公司及相关方的安全和质量管理要求。


Experience/Knowledge/Educational requirements:

61 Experience in sales, channels and people management. 有销售、渠道和人员管理经验
61 Strong network in industrial gas or relevant markets in China. 在中国工业气体或相关市场拥有强大的网络
61 Superior knowledge and experience with compressed air systems will be a plus. 具有压缩空气系统相关知识和经验者优先
61 University degree and major in mechanical engineering is preferred. 大学本科学历,机械工程专业优先
61 Good mechanical or technical aptitude. 良好的机械或技术能力


Personality requirements
61 Good leadership skills to lead an equipment sales team in the region. 良好的领导能力,能够领导本地区的设备销售团队
61 Excellent communication skills. 优秀的沟通技巧
61 Good interpersonal skills, ability to manage people and create trustworthy and fair relations. 良好的人际交往能力,管理人员的能力,建立信任和公平的关系
61 Very good English in both spoken and written. 良好的英语听说读写能力
61 Willing to travel. 愿意出差
