Mainly Responsibility:
1 Responsible for business process automation solution development according to business requirements.
2 Global wide automation project lead / leverage to APAC center, including deliver the best practices to other regions if necessary.
3 Participate in periodic workshop on business process automation transformation.
4 Existed macro tool maintenance, optimize & upgrade to support operational change’s requirements.
5 Business dashboard development to support operational team on management with effectiveness & efficiency.
6 Data analyzing to dig out the finance business risk or improvement opportunities.
7 Document the automation/macro tool’s scheme, flow, manual etc. for operational team on automation stuffs.
8 RPA knowledge training to buildup automation sense and potential talent development.
9 Co-work with BPE team make sure Lean concept embedded in solutioning.


Key Requirement:
1 Bachelor or above degree
2 3+ years program development experience
3 Proficient in UiPath, Python programming/automation, VBA, Power BI, MS/My SQL Server infrastructure.
4 Project management skill, hold PMP certificate will be a plus.
5 Familiar with SAP system or Oracle, Salesforce.
6 Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and sense of accountability
7 Fluent English in writing and speaking.
