Responsibilities: 61 Setting clear team and personal goals for each direct report, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and improvements if necessary. 61 Always represents the company in a positive and professional manner. 61 Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures and regulations are followed 61 Resolving complex customer complaints and inquires 61 Build loyal customer relationships via telephone and email 61 Act as a liaison between management and customer service team 61 Collaborate with other departments to ensure key account and territory activities are achieved 61 Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, and provide fast, accurate responses to all inquiries 61 Work as part of larger team to ensure on time delivery goals are met, customer orders are tracked, process expedites, reschedules return material authorization processing, and maintain clear communication with customer orders 61 Ensure outstanding issues are escalated according to the process implemented by the organization 61 Meet the sales goals for response time on data entry of orders and quotes 61 Support the outside sales team in all sales efforts and work with all internal departments to resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction 61 Refer qualified leads to appropriate outside sales team, or distribution channel that do not meet inside sales criteria 61 Training and onboarding new customer service staff 61 Work closely with outside sales team to determine a strategic approach to win business and set specific goals for inside representative 61 Arrange and participate in conference calls and customer visits at corporate facility on behalf of customer; meetings may include members from engineering to senior management 61 Close business to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives 61 Provide post sales follow-up to enhance business relationships to create and leverage additional opportunities 61 Adhere to the appropriate departmental sales processes, procedures, and policies 61 Refer requests for technical assistance to the appropriate department or sister company 61 Provide backup support to other Inside Sales Representatives as needed 61 Produce reports as needed and required 61 Identify areas of improvement within inside sales and territory processes and assist in implementing solutions 61 Other work-related duties as assigned
Reqirement: 61 2-5 years insides sales experience, or key account customer service experience, in the Connector Industry preferred 61 Bachelor’s degree preferred, although not required. High school degree is required 61 Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM) 61 Excellent Time Management, Verbal Communication, and Interpersonal Skills 61 Self-Starter 61 Strong Problem Solving Skill 61 Customer satisfaction focused and strong relationship building skills 61 High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility
