Key Accountabilities：
1. Handle daily operation of import and export shipment, including international transportation arrangement, documents preparation, track and trace, customs clearance, domestic delivery, etc. 2. Apply for DG packing certificate, export permit and country of origin certificate application, familiar with HK U-turn, inbound and outbound declaration of BLP warehouse and bonded area. 3. Proficient in temporarily import and export operation, such as ledger management, Customs deposit extension and cancel after verification. 4. Take responsibility for logistics E-book management, independently complete the application, modification, and cancellation of Customs E-book, and handle Customs declarations through the single window platform. 5. Conduct regular inventory checks with related colleagues, support on-site Customs inspection and audits of bonded warehouses and manufactory, prepare for various reports Customs required. Any discrepancies between logistics E-book and physical inventory, provide solid explanation to upper management and Zhangjiagang Customs. 6. Operate Customs Trade Management Systems and WMS system, provide timely suggestions for system optimization to address operational issues. 7. Coordinate and communicate at Zhangjiagang site with internal colleagues and external officers. 8. Any other duties as may be assigned by upper management.
Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor or higher degree in logistics, international trade or related majors. Chemicals background is preferred.
Work Experience - Minimum 5 years solid experience in bonded management, international transportation and customs clearance; able to independently handle the entire process of import and export operation and logistics E-book management. Chemical industry is preferred. - Proficient in operating SAP, CTM, WMS and the single window platform, with fully understanding of Customs procedures. - Professional sensitive to Customs policy understanding and adjustment, keep good communication and cooperation with China Customs and other government authorities. - Sensitivity to data, able to foresee customs clearance anomalies, with strong problem-solving abilities and cost control awareness.
Other Skills - English fluency in written and verbal. - Experience user for MS office, especially in Excel and Power Point. - Government relationship and negotiation skills. - Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong team spirit and a positive, proactive work attitude. - Optimistic and outgoing, with excellent communication, expression, and logical thinking.
