岗位职责: 1.与供应商相关的质量管理和质量保证活动的策划、启动和控制; Planning, initiation and control of supplier related quality assurance and management activities 2.参照供应商导入考核机制,选择***供应商; Ensure the best possible suppliers will be selected under consideration of the supplier scorecard approach 3.指导部门建立供应商质量管理规程,对团队人员进行培训、教育和指导; Guide department to establish supplier quality management procedures, and provide training, education and guidance to team members 4. 部门绩效指标的制定和管理; Development and management of departmental performance indicators 5.负责部门日常管理事务及参与重大质量事故管理(8D/SCAR),审查工程师和供应商的表现; Be responsible for the daily management of department and participate in major quality incident management (8D/ SCAR) to review the Engineers and Supplier’s performance 6.参与公司跨职能的质量改进项目; Participate in cross functional Quality Improvement Programs of company 7.供应商培训和辅导,推动供应商建立持续满足公司要求的管理体系; Training and coaching of suppliers to promote suppliers to establish a quality management system that continuously meets the company's requirements
能力要求: 1.机械/材料科学/制造/电子/电气/工业工程或相关专业学位; Degree in Mechanical /Material Science/ Manufacturing/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or related discipline 2.至少8年的供应商质量管理领域经验,包括至少2年的团队领导经验。有大中型外资企业质量部管理经验者优先; At least 6 years of experience in Engineering including a minimum of 2 years in Supplier Quality Management domain. Management experience in quality department of large and medium-sized foreign-funded enterprises is preferred 3. 熟悉质量工具、管理体系(IATF16949/ISO9001/QC080000)和5大工具(APQP/PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA); Familiar with quality tools, management system (IATF16949/ISO9001/QC080000),and five tools(APQP/PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA) 4.流利的英语听说读写能力; Good command in English spoken and written. 5.良好的沟通,协调组织以及团队管理能力; Good communication, coordination, organization and team management skills
