岗位职责：
1) Organize, monitor all inspectors to inspect products correctly including quality control of whole production process, and in-process audit to ensure blocks’ quality and Quality / Environment targets.
2) Lead, train and improve the inspectors.
3) Manage Laboratory per various priorities.
4) Make all related quality inspection document
5) Summary quality data periodically, generate the quality trend or rule, provide applicable action plan
6) Maintain and continual improve quality management system to ensure its effective operation
7) Support engineering department to design or development new product or process to control quality
8) Dispose customer complaints and all kinds of NOK parts strictly per QP. Take the lead, together with cross- functional team to analyze root cause and make out corrective and preventive action with quality tools in order to make cost control and attain quality targets.
9) Maintain the test or measurement equipment to ensure its accuracy.
10) Monitor and advise on all QEHS matters, issues, and concerns to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contractual requirements, and good industry practices.
11) support SQE internal coordinator to find the root cause and define action plan to solve customer quality issue.
12) Be available to go to customer site to handle quality issue if necessary.
13) Fulfill other designated jobs if necessary timely.
任职资格：
1) Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemical material, mechanical or related;
2) More than 3 years’ experience as Quality Supervisor
3) Experience of lab work and product testing.
4) Have a good command of both written and spoken English; Ability to read engineering drawing in English;
5) Prefer the automotive work experience
