Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Complete GL monthly closing, and make sure all financial activities is recorded in accordance with accounting/finance policy.
2. Prepare and track revenue & PL rolling forecast, upload results to reporting system and other financial analysis report.
3. Support to annual plan, LRP and internal & external audit, etc.
4. Work with business team to track KPI tightly and provide proper analysis.
5. Work tightly with FSSC team and other finance functions to have a better control on finance reports.
6. Understand financial and ITW policy/requirements deeply and flexibly, then interpret potential local problems or opportunities and determine the level of risk, the scope of communication, methods of handing.
7. Other finance support work in need.

Position Qualifications 任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
2. More than 3 years working experience in the finance analysis and accounting related area. SAP system and automotive experience is preferred.
3. Good skills in Microsoft Office Software, Power BI will be a plus.
4. Strong organization, teamwork spirit, quick to learn and good communication skill. Can work under pressure. Can work independently with strong pressure resistance and in principle.
5. Strong inner driving with strong desire of personal achievement, persist in it and be able to take appropriate risks.
