向总经理汇报

Main job assignment / 主要工作任务
Based on maintain and growing of current existing customer, to develop new customer and application, achieve sales target and growth. Focus on margin, develop new customer and market strategy customers, increase company market share.
维护一部分公司现有客户,以业务开发为主。结合集团和公司资源,推动产品在新行业,新客户的应用,达成销售目标。关注利润,负责回款和客户相关事宜的跟踪和解决,实现业务增长。


Responsibility / 工作职责
1.Maintain good customer relationship, deep knowledge of customer requirement, has own opinion of customer market and products, to achieve sales increase and target margin level based on good relationship.
对于客户诉求有深刻的认识,客户的行业和产品有自己的见解,良好的客户关系基础上实现销售额和利润的提升;
2.Sensitive of market and sales, catch the opportunity and win the sales.
良好的市场和销售的敏感性,抓住机会,赢得销售;
3.New customer development, thinking from existing customer to find target new customer, and develop, enter new customer. Based on this and company situation to develop new application, even new products from company.
新客户的开发,从已有客户基础上整理思路,寻找目标客户,开发新的客户。在此基础上结合公司情况,开发新的行业,甚至新的产品导入;
4.Keep good relationship with colleague, cooperate with each other, can lead and drive customer and project move forward.
与同事保持良好的关系,互相配合,有领导力能驱动项目前进;
5.Perform company strategy, feedback market information, and direction, to achieve maximum margin level.
执行公司市场策略,反馈市场信息,调整方向。保证***化公司的利润水平;
6.Provide annual working plan, and customer forecast.
制定年度计划,提供客户预测;
7.Follow and close all the overdue payment.
跟踪应收账款的回收;
8.Working with globe colleague, to make sure project transfer and globe customer share increased, support AQ sister company.
与国外同事配合,完成全球化项目的转移和份额的提升。支持集团外部公司;
9.Frequently visit to customer, gather information earliest time.
频繁拜访客户,准确把握***信息;
10.Follow company rules, and core value.
遵守公司的相关规定,符合公司价值观;
11.Other work from company and manager.
其他公司及主管的安排。


Qualifications / 资历
1.Bachelor degree, major in electric or automation will be preferred.
本科学历,工科背景,电气自动化专业优先;
2.Excellent communication ability and problem solving in a complex situation.
优秀的沟通能力和解决问题的能力;
3.Five years plus direct sales experience in industrial market.
5年以上的直接销售经验,工业行业,船舶/传动行业优先;
4.Passion, Integrity and honest.
富有激情,正直,诚实;
5.Better negotiating skills, Organisational skills, good at planning, coordination and motivation spirit.
良好的沟通和商务谈判能力,有组织性、规划性、具备协调能力和创新精神;
6.Good English in oral and writing.
良好的英文能力;
7.Self-drive and working under pressure.
自我驱动,抗压能力强;
8.Active, Passion, and Integrity.
积极,激情和诚信。
