Tasks 职责:
1. As per product expert/customer requirements, design of parts, create3D&2D,and optimize design structure through FEA tool
根据产品应用工程师或客户需求，开展零件设计，建立3D&2D，并通过有限元分析模型优化结构设计
2. As per R&D/customer's test requirements, design testing tooling fixture, standardize and optimize up to date
根据研发或客户测试要求，设计实验工装, 标准化并保持创新
3. To be the part design referent (including design skills, design guidelines for various parts of the product...)
作为团队产品设计的专家（包括设计的技能，各类零件产品的设计准则...)
4. To coordinate with application engineer(profile definition) & tooling design department & industrialization & quality (dimension and function measurement) to validate the part
根据产品定义，与模具设计部门，工艺部门以及质量部门协调沟通，通过测量等其他手段验证接收样件或产品
5. To follow the Hutchinson Development System (HDS) from part design to part approval (including design changes)
跟踪哈金森研发系统，负责产品设计到产品验证阶段的设计工作（包含设计变更）
6. Capitalize/update database: part design, drawing, part section & profile, hot model, and the organizing, updating and archiving of technical documentation
构建/更新数据库：零件设计， 图纸，零件形状， 热模芯，以及技术文件的整理，更新与存档

Requirements 要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 1 years experience in automotive industry. strong mechanical engineering background and design skills. Experience in the rubber industry is a plus
本科及以上学历，1年汽车行业工作经验，较强的机械工程背景/设计技能，有橡胶行业工作经验者优先
2. Master 3D&2D design software, prefer Solidworks, AutoCAD. FEA knowledge/ability is a plus
精通3D&2D设计软件，首选Solidworks，AutoCAD画图。具备 FEA 仿真知识/能力者优先
3. Good in English ( Written & Reading), skill to use office
英语(书写&阅读）流利，办公软件使用熟练
