Professional skill requirement:
a. Bachelor or over degree in related machine/automotive major; 本科或以上学历机械/汽车相关专业;
b.Experience in quality management area for at least 5 years ; leading experience would be a benefit; engaged in the automotive industry and stamping, assembly and welding related producers priority; 至少5年的质量管理经验;有领导经验***; 从事汽车行业者且有冲压，组装和焊接相关生产者优先;
c. Good command of oral and written English; 良好的口头和书面英语;
d. Excellent knowledge in measurement process; 良好的测量流程方面知识;
e. Familiar with ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001and tool for quality management(APQP,FMEA,PPAP,CP,MSA&SPC) 熟悉ISO IATF 16949标准,ISO 14001及汽车行业6大质量管理工具
f. Software knowledge: SAP, MS-Office and Quality related software. 软件知识: SAP, MS-Office 和质量相关软件
g. Knowledge of GD&T 几何尺寸与公差的知识
Position overview:
1.Prevent and control production parts quality in the production line and continually improve process quality stability with objective of ensuring providing qualified products to customers according to the procedures and WI.在生产现场做预防和控制产品质量，不断提高生产过程产品质量的稳定性，确保按照公司程序和 WI 向客户提供合格的产品。
2.3 shifts and arrange shift time according to actual production. 能适应3班轮班及会据实际生产状况来安排班次
Responsibilities:
1. Sampling prevention check as the defined frequency for parts by visual inspection and gauge on site according to WI in order to prevent batch parts scrapped during the production 依据检验指导按已定频次对现场生产产品做外观及检具抽样确认来预防生产过程中出现批量产品报废
2．Fill in the records to write down the result of sample prevention check 对抽样确认结果记录于相应的记录内
3．Process audit based on the defined frequency in the production to avoid the batch defects occurrence within the defined frequency 根据已定义频次要求做现场审核以预防审频次间隔时间内出现批量不良产品
4．Summary the findings according to the audit and regular report to manager
对审核问题点做汇总及定期对主管做汇报
5．Perfect on feedback on improvement suggestion based on the prevention audit finding and product requirements 能据预防审核和产品要求反馈改善意见
6．Others work arranged by manager 来自主管的其它工作安排
