1. 在项目阶段与客户讨论品质目标和检验标准并与客户一起建立极限样品Discuss quality agreement, inspection criteria and setup limit samples together with customer at project stage.
2. 转换客户规格,设立检查点和检验重点, 制定新项目APQP.
Transfer customer specification, to dispose inspection gate and define key inspection point, make Advanced Product Quality Planning for new project
3. 协调准备品质保证和承认所需的相关文件
Coordinate to prepare the necessary documents for quality assurance & qualification
4. 测量/测试计划和测量治具准备Measurement / testing plan & measurement jig preparation.
5. 零部件承认Parts qualification
6. 检验人员训练 Training to QC
7. 执行过程和产品审核确保规定的指导以被执行
Perform process and product audit to assure the defined instruction have been implement.
8. 品质标准检讨和更新Quality standard review and update to continue to improve quality during mass production.
9. 品质问题的跟踪和解决 Follow up all quality issues (both internal and external) and solve them.
10. 设计和制程变更跟踪 Design & process change follow up
11. 完成主管安排的其他工作 To perform any other works as assigned by your supervisor

responsibilities of the position.)
1. 理工类本科Bachelors degree around in science.
2. 至少5年品质管理和控制经验, 对模具, 注塑和喷涂有经验者优先. Minimum 5 years’ quality management and control, experience in tooling, moulding and painting will be preferred.
3. 擅长品质系统, 品质策划, 决策, 和品质工具Good at quality system, quality planning, decision making, QC tools.
4. 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. 敢于负责An individual who is responsible and committed.
6. 良好的英语说写能力 Fluent in both written and oral English.
