1. Identify (target) customers' needs and business opportunities together with sales team to expand the company's business.
2.Work as the technical contact window between customer and internal functional teams in quotation stage.
Work as technical project leader for quotation design, listen, understand, identify customer requirements and interpret customer requirements for internal team when necessary, make sure the quotation design meet the cost targets set by the company and all customer requirements.
3.Work as technical interface for customer in development stage.
Work as technical project leader for product design and valdition in development stage, take the lead for all product design, development and validation activities, make sure the product design meet the cost targets set by the company and all customer requirements.
4.Support VAVE projects by optimizing damper(module) design.
5.Take lead for failure/noise issue anaylis in product development stage.
6.Other work assigned by superior leadership(when workload is not sufficient).
