RESPONSIBILITIES:
岗位职责：
1. Drive continuous improvements through active participation in BOS process, conducting monthly Kaizen, promoting suggestion.
2. Lean practice: e.g. lead standardized work both direct and indirect area & continuously improve to enhance efficiency.
3. Apply IE method to design capacity, lead/guide productivity efficiency improvement.
4. Layout design and optimize to realize lean information flow and material flow; design and/or evaluate methods used in production and material handling to ensure Ergo requirements.
5. Develop and maintain plant cost standards, routings and bill of materials.
6. Assemble data required for quoting new and revised business, including plant production costs, capital requirements and specific conditions; maintain close liaison with sales, accounting, and product engineering, to insure quotations are competitive.
7. Ensures all works are carried out in good conditions respecting EHS procedures, company standards and applicable norms & legislation.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Skills & Experience:
1. 3~5 working experience.
2. communication, good English.
