1.Designing and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment includes analyzing the products to be manufactured, then designing the automated equipment to produce products in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
2.Responsible for the generation of cost saving opportunities related to automation and the presentation of this to management on a regular basis.
3.Maintains and improves all existing automation machines in the division.
4.Coordinates automation activities with outside suppliers.
5.Generates working instruction/ parameter sheet/ workflow chart for new automation machines.
6.Manages construction time schedules to meet the production schedule needs on new automation machines.
7.Assists in production start-ups as related to automation machines.
8.Assists with the troubleshooting of new and existing automation machines.
9.Oversees each division’s continual improvement of automation machines.
10.Assists other divisions with various automation projects as needed.
11.Responsible for keep the quality record for medical products.
12.Risk control according to the results of the risk management.
13.According to the requirement of DFMEA, PFMEA, FAT, SV IQ, OQ and PQ, participate in the confirmation for production process of medical products.
14.Responsible for organizing the confirmation for medical products’ production and software testing, in order to ensure its applicability.
