1.) New business development - Develop and follow-up the regional new business plans among those potential customer bases together with our targeted industies. - Carry out the cross selling process of our new products among those exiting customers to maximize PULS volume. 2.) Customer maintenance -Review and analyze the business performance variances among the existing customers on a regular basis, and initiating corrective actions when necessary. -Secure the profitable business among the regional key accounts, by the regular customer visiting together with the sales engineers to provide the sales reports with sales turnover forecast as well as planning and targets -Fully integrated with the CSC department to ensure the lead time and quality issue is well accepted by the customers. -Identifying the opportunities of our new products among the current customer base. 3.) Channels development -Evaluate the development of the regional distributors/business partners. -Schedule an regular visiting & meeting with the regional distributors to understand what support they need to overcome the challenge from their customers or competitiors. -Developing the productive trainning plan for the key personnel in our distributors. 4.)Team building and management -Manage and lead the regional sales team to develop the sales strategy in the region and to meet the revenue growth targets -Continuously interrogate relevant KPI’s and ensure corrective actions are implemented among the reginal sales team -Propose the training plan for the regional sales team in terms of their technical capability and commercial skill,to ensure the reginal sales team is qualified to achieve success in their respective roles. -Scheduling the weekly/monthly meeting for the reginal team, to clarify the sales activities. -Maximize the regional sales activities to the business revenue -Acting as the interface of the communications with the other regional sales team and also other team in PULS Power to ensure the smooth information exchange.
