We are seeking for an experienced Sourcing supervisor to lead strategic procurement initiatives in the fast-paced consumer electronics sector. It is an individual contributor without people manager role. This role will focus on driving cost optimization while maintaining premium quality standards for components including RF IC, IoT device materials and other assigned commodities. Additionally, the role will encompass the development of suppliers for new commodities related to innovation products and will involve collaborating with the R&D department to assist in the selection of new components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in commodity knowledge, supplier negotiations, total cost modeling, and value engineering within global supply chains.

61 Develop cost analysis models for key components through technical evaluation and market benchmarking
61 Implement cost reduction programs through value analysis and alternative sourcing strategies. Achieve a challenging cost reduction task through effective cost analysis and negotiation strategies.
61 Negotiate long-term pricing agreements with strategic partners
2. Supplier Ecosystem Management
61 Manage global supplier network across Asia-Pacific and EMEA regions
61 Conduct supplier performance reviews with focus on delivery reliability and quality compliance
61 Establish dual-sourcing strategies for critical components
3. Commodity development and New Product Introduction
61 Lead early supplier collaboration in product development phases
61 Expertise in commodities, support and even guide R&D in new part selection.
61 Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve cost-effective BOM solutions
4. Risk Mitigation
61 Design strategic inventory plans for geopolitical-sensitive components
61 Develop tariff optimization strategies through scenario modeling

Qualifications

61 Education: BS in Electrical Engineering/Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred)
61 Experience: 8-10 years in consumer electronics procurement with strategic sourcing leadership, familiar with various function IC.
61 Language: Fluent in spoken English, meeting the needs for global communication.
61 Proficient in SAP/ERP procurement systems and cost modeling methodologies
61 In-depth knowledge of environmental compliance standards (RoHS/REACH)
61 Familiar with JDM/OEM models and semiconductor supply chain dynamics
61 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
