主要职责Main Responsibilities: 1.Be responsible for the electromagnetic design and simulation of the motor, and evaluate the simulation results of various performance parameters of the motor; 负责电机的电磁设计和仿真,并对电机各性能参数仿真结果进行评估判断; 2.Responsible for motor development, analysis and optimization, participate in prototype production and assembly & test tooling design, and prepare motor test verification plan, etc; 负责电机的本体开发、分析及优化,参与样机的试制及装配、测试工装设计,以及制定电机测试验证方案等; 3.Have good teamwork spirit and good communication skills, cooperate with design engineers and test engineers to complete motor development and verification. 有良好的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力,与设计工程师和测试工程师协同完成电机的开发及验证。 辅助职责Secondary Responsibilities:
任职资格Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in motor, electromechanical, vehicle engineering and other related majors, at least 3 years of working experience in motor R&D or manufacturing, and be familiar with electromagnetic principles such as permanent magnet synchronous motor and induction motor; 本科及以上学历,电机、机电、车辆工程等相关专业,具有3年及以上电机研发或制造型企业工作经历,熟悉永磁同步电机、感应电机等电磁原理; 2.Know well the structure of ICE vehicles and new energy vehicles, and be familiar with the structure of electric and hybrid vehicles and the motor application requirements of drive system; 了解传统及新能源汽车构造,熟悉电动和混动车辆的结构及动力系统电机匹配要求; 3.Be familiar with the theory and method of motor electromagnetic calculation, have some experience in magnetic circuit design and magnetic field analysis, and be able to use electromagnetic calculation software and auxiliary tools to design and develop motor independently. 熟悉电机电磁计算理论、方法,对磁路设计、磁场分析有一定经验,并能熟练使用电磁计算软件及辅助工具独立进行电机的设计和开发。
