●Primary Responsibilities: Daily work: 1. Provide leadership and mentoring to the next level engineers to be able to keep adding value to the business as well as ensure the proper succession planning. 2. Communicate with Customers, Headquarters, Regional & sister plants to sit on top of affairs. 3. Manage the budget and cost of the section to ensure that the company is cost-effective in all its operations. Medium term work: 4. Drive cross functional improvement to support plant business objective. 5. Manage plant capacity to be flexible and can meet business changing demand and ensure maximum revenue. 6. Strategy layout planning to support long range business requirement 7. Optimize cost model to provide RFQ with competitive unit cost & maximum profit 8. Provide six sigma training to all plant employee to provide necessary tool and methodology for effective problem solving. 9. Define manufacturing standards and drive improvement to reduce cost and increase profit. Long term work: 10. Business strategy analysis & define investment plan to optimize margin year of year 11. Customer engagement thru setup effective commercial process to achieve revenue expansion 12. Support the new plant establish with long term layout strategy planning Innovation work: 13. Develop and establish IE procedures and improvement programs to standardize the working steps and improve the efficiency. 14. Layout and business model simulation; 15. Embedded with facility hookup and construction project as one team 16. Build a positive work environment that support innovation, creativity and teamwork in the company. 17.
