新设备及自动化改进计划
- Propose and implement an equipment improvement plan, especially through automation.
提出并实施设备改进计划，尤其是实现自动化；
- Responsible for definition (incl. design) and new equipment introduction (including IQ & calibration).
负责新设备的定义(包括设计)和引进(包括安装验证和校准)。
2. Packaging/Sealing Equipment small business activity .Design & production & of to sales (1 technician)
包装/热封设备：设计、生产及销售
- Responsible for the small batch production of packaging/Sealing equipment & related tools.
负责包装/热封设备的小批量生产;
- Installation/Commissioning (IQ,OQ,PQ) of equipments, after sales and customer support.
设备的安装/调试(IQ,OQ,PQ)，售后和客户服务;
- Improvement plan of current machines.
现有设备的改进;
- R&D plan for new version of current machine and equipments range extension.
制定设备更新迭代（包括新设备及设备功能拓展）的研发计划；
- Spare parts management.
Job requirements： 1.More than 10 years of customized equipment & automation experience (development & production & Commissioning) or equipment management experience.
10年以上定制设备和自动化经验(开发、生产和调试)或设备管理经验;
2.More than 3 years small team management & Supplier management & project manager;
3年以上小团队管理、供应商管理及项目管理经验；
3.Familiar with safety and special equipment related government affairs.
熟悉与安全和特种设备等相关的政府事务；
4.Knowledge of ISO13485 & Clean room environment is a plus.
了解ISO13485体系和洁净室生产环境的优先考虑；
5.Basic English writing and speaking skills. frequency is a plus.
基本的英文书面和口语能力,英文熟练者优先
