岗位描述：
1. Overall Planning Process Supervision and allocate each planner workload
（全面的计划流程管理，计划人员工作安排）；
2. Do continue improvement action on Planning process（计划流程的持续改善）；
3. Team lead and monitor to meet the target（带领团队监控目标，达成目标）；
4. Own the inventory projection and turns（负责库存预测和库存周转）；
5. Own the OTD performance（负责OTD 绩效管理）；
6. Own the E&O performance with CS （负责协助CS处理呆滞库存及绩效管理）；
7. Provide the earlier warning for each Potential risk to department leader and manager team
（提供潜在风险给管理层）；
8. Team work and coordinate internal and external function department to meet customer demand（协调团队合作，协调内外部各部门，满足客户需要）；
9. Any other related jobs direct supervisor appointed. （上级领导安排的其他工作）。

岗位要求：
At least 5 years of related working experience in planning and supply chain management for project （计划和供应链五年以上相关工作经验）
Good practical experience for OEM or AVL materials arrangement and handling良好的代工厂和AVL 物料安排和处理操作经验

1. Good Knowledge of EPZ process and practice（出口加工区流程和实践）
2. Good Inventory control knowledge（库存控制）
3. Good ERP system operations skills. Be family with module for PO, RM,
FG and WO, CO relationship in system.（熟悉ERP系统）
4. Good English reading, writing and listening skills, fluent speaking
（英语读写听良好，口语流利）
5. Good communication and coordination skills（良好的沟通协调能力）
6. Good Project management skills（良好的项目管理能力）
7. Good at computer operations, skilled in Microsoft office, especially proficient at excel and micro project（计算机操作，office/Excel熟悉）
8. ISO knowledge and sense especially for 9000 , etc…（熟悉质量管理体系）
