Key Responsibilities：
1. Manage Hardware Testing:
- Oversee hardware testing activities during the product trial production phase.
- Ensure all testing protocols and procedures are followed accurately.
2. Client Communication:
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients.
- Provide timely updates on production validation statuses and obtain client directives as needed.
3. Meeting Organization:
- Organize daily morning and evening meetings with both internal departments and clients during the trial production phase.
- Review and approve all meeting materials.
4.External Conference Participation:
- Act as the department's representative in external English-language conferences.
- Respond to inquiries related to the testing aspects effectively.
5. Task Advancement:
- Drive the progress of tasks related to hardware testing.
- Resolve production issues promptly.
6. Production Metrics Optimization:
- Improve key mass production indicators such as trial production yield, retest rate, and testing time.
- Ensure a smooth handover of all testing stations to mass production.
Qualifications：
1. Product Testing Expertise:
- Familiarity with product testing processes and systems.
2. Project Management Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
3.Fluent English Communication:
- Excellent command of spoken English.
