Responsibility: Supervising the finance department routine activities, ensure that reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements. Provide financial reporting & analysis timely and accurate to leadership. Manage financial budget and rolling forecasts and follow up.
Main activities: 1. Verify reports, comments and analysis for monthly and yearly reporting, ensure that DPTS/DPTX/DPT HK /DPT SG bookkeeping and Finance statement accurately and on time 2. Monitor and manage investment, cash flow, working capital for division operations. 3. Ensure the development of effective Standard Costing Systems in coordination with corporate cost accounting models and guidelines and conduct inter-company activity in compliance with the inter-company price policy. 4. In charge of statutory and tax related filing and compliance with tax bureau, SAFE and other authorities, ensure the reporting or declaration to be accurate and on time 5. Assistant Manager for special projects/analysis follow up and make necessary disclosure of factors resulting in deviation. Follow up action plan for continued actions and improvements. 6. Handles internal customers inquiries or cooperation issue 7. Provides direct supervision / coaching to subordinates in the daily work 8. Liaise with auditor; comply with the requirements from external and internal audit, Ensures satisfactory readiness on various processes for audit purposes 9. Assist Finance Manager to liaise with banks, tax consultants, insurance brokers to support company's functions 10. Recommends and implements methods for dispute resolution and drive process improvements 11. Other task assigned by manager
Requirement: 1. University graduate in finance or accounting related major. 2. intermediate accountant certificate is a plus 3. 8+ years solid finance experience, at least 3 years industrial costing & controlling experience from multinational corporations. 4. Knowledge of the Chinese Tax regulations, SAFE regulation and GAAP 5. Experience for ERP system, knowledge of ERP concept for different module interact 6. Strong analytical and coaching skills, good communication and presentation skills 7. Independent, responsible, flexible and with initiative to make improvement. 8. Fluent in written and spoken English
