As the product manager for TRUMPF Laser products including Laser sources and Optics you are responsible for managing the whole lifecycle of TRUMPF Laser (Fiber, Disk), optics (BEOs , PFOs ,etc) and sensor (VisionLine, VisionLine OCT,etc) products in China. This contains the definition of product specifications, the management and coordination of R&D gates, the introduction of the product to the market, competition analysis and support of problem solving for your products in the field.

Main Tasks:
61 Perform product market research (Sales & customer survey, competition analysis, etc.)
61 Improve the competitiveness by definition of product specifications and development directions
61 Manage and coordinate milestones of R&D development projects
61 Define Sales strategy for new and existing products
61 Promote new products internally and externally
61 Lead problem solving process for products in the field
61 Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement

Requirements:
61 Bachelor degree or above.
61 Have more than 3 years working experience in product management, laser industry background is preferred.
61 Familiar with the laser and optics (fixed optics and scanners) and sensors (image process, real time weld depth measurement) technologies, understand the laser industry development trend, experience in laser applications.
61 Have project management experience, familiar with product planning, (market analysis, demand analysis, etc. )
61 Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
61 English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing. .
61 German is a plus.
61 Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation .
61 Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.
61 Ability to continuously learn.
61 Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
